I, Raghunandan Reddy Nalamada AKA Raghu been working in IT for 17+ years. I always had the zeal to enter into business and started venturing out since last 10 years out of which my real estate experience started 4 years ago. My real estate career started with multifamily homes in mid-west and eventually got into land development/acquisition, I was successful in gaining the knowledge and experience by working with various real estate agencies, brokers, county officials, lawyers, General contractors and architects. My primary goal is to identify the property and conduct various consultations and study to determine if it has a value-add and then present it to investors. I always believed and followed a fact-based approach, which in return giving me fruitful results and making me successful.
